Overview
We are a footwear distributor of multiple brands selling in the UK & EU, seeking an office based, computer literate, professional to become part of our customer service and office team. You will be the vital link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Your attention to detail, and proactive approach will help us deliver outstanding footwear solutions worldwide.
The role will entail dealing with all online customer service questions and queries via email and telephone, assisting with online administration and warehouse duties when required. This is a full-time, hands-on varied role dealing with a wide range of operations in our wholesale and online retail sales operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat across through multiple platforms including websites, 3rd party sales sites and social media.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments, update delivery statuses, and resolve any operational delays or discrepancies. Liaise and assist in warehouse operations when required, which could include, dispatching of shipments and management of stock.
Use analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback or order patterns, suggesting improvements for service quality or sales growth.
Regular review of websites to assist marketing team with spotting any issues or reviewing content to help improve our offerings and customer facing look
Image management and document control for ecommerce activities, which includes activities such as downloading, filing and sorting of brand imagery
Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within retail or distribution sectors involving footwear or fashion products.
- Comfortable and professional telephone manner. Must be proficient in spoken and written English to deal with customer service enquiries.
- Previous use of stock control systems.
- Past experience in ecommerce operations.
- Experience working in a team environment
- Numerically proficient and be able to identify patterns and data within customer service role

Software Experience
- Computer literacy across Microsoft applications essential
- Shopify (desirable)
- Amazon Seller Central (desirable)
- Gorgias / equivalent customer service platform (desirable)
