Following continued growth and the award of new contracts, we are expanding our production team and are looking to recruit MIG Welding Operatives to join our busy manufacturing facility.

The Role
As part of our production team, you'll be responsible for manufacturing high-quality steel products while working safely and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MIG welding to the required quality standards.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Read and work from engineering drawings where required.
- Inspect your work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Support colleagues across the production department as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working area.
What We're Looking For

- Previous MIG welding experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attendance and commitment to producing quality work.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Salary paid monthly.
