We’re looking for a confident, approachable Retail Assistant to join our growing Manchester team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll engage with prospective customers across active retail pop-ups, answer their questions, and introduce practical client solutions, ensuring every person feels heard, supported, and valued during live campaign activations.
Previous experience isn’t required. We’ll provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing continuous coaching from day one.
Your Day-to-Day Role
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Responding directly to customer questions and inquiries across active Manchester pop-up locations
- Listening carefully to understand individual customer needs and matching them with client offerings
- Providing clear, accurate information about partner products, brand promotions, and customer packages
- Assisting customers through account setup, digital order registrations, and onboarding on handheld tablets
- Resolving straightforward customer questions efficiently and professionally on-site
- Updating customer details and administrative logs accurately during live interactions
- Following up on customer inquiries when required to ensure complete satisfaction
- Collecting customer feedback to help refine future campaign delivery
- Working towards personal acquisition targets, commercial benchmarks, and shared performance goals
- Supporting colleagues during busy campaign shifts to maintain a welcoming pop-up atmosphere
