JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Part-Time Cleaner to work at a Supermarket based in Fareham, Southampton SO31
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise floors, shelves, entrances, and public areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish safely
- Clean staff areas, toilets, changing rooms, and break rooms
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and other surfaces
- Respond promptly to spillages and potential safety hazards
- Replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Support store opening and closing cleaning tasks
- Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to management
Person Specification:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts
- Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow instructions and health and safety guidelines
Working 6am - 8:30am 6 days a week (this includes Monday-Friday and 1 day at the weekend) - Or you can work 7 days a week if you wish
£13.21 per hour
