Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
As a Financial Adviser, you will:
- Build long term relationships with clients.
- Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection.
- Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage and develop an existing client bank while identifying opportunities for new business.
- Carry out annual client reviews and provide an ongoing advice service.
- Work closely with dedicated paraplanning and administration teams.
- Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA and company compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
- Experienced Financial Advisers or Level 4 qualified professionals looking to move into an adviser role.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- A client focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
