Job Summary:
Servers are proactive, motivated and solution focused, whilst providing warm, gracious hospitality.
They need to show the confidence and necessary experience to create a place of warmth, hospitality and deliver a great experience for both the team and guest.
Duties:
- To provide gracious, welcoming and warm hospitality. Above all else.
- To support your team and management, show trust and responsibility
- To ensure personal standards of knowledge and understanding of the role is highest at all times
- To support manage inventory efficiently and effectively
- To ensure that warm, knowledgeable and approachable hospitality is delivered consistently in line with company ethos
- To establish and maintain excellent guest and local patron relations
- To ensure all guest feedback is dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner
To be accountable to yourself and the team
- No job is outside of your role, big or small, support your teammates
- Ensure you approach your work in a positive, can-do way
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills to handle peak periods effectively
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 35.0 per week
