We are looking for a professional housekeeper able of attending to our facilities, including public areas and hotel rooms with attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests to feel welcome in. This is a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected daily according to our standards
- Protect equipment and ensure there are no damages
- Notify management of any damages or disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complains and requests professionally, with patience and a friendly attitude.
- Check stock levels of all consumable and replace when needed
- Strictly adhere to rules regarding health and safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, minimum 1 year
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high performance level
- Must have a friendly, welcoming attitude and be customer - oriented
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Must be able to work quickly without compromising quality
