The role
You will play a central role in coordinating projects and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple client engagements. Working within a dynamic delivery team, you will gain visibility across the full project lifecycle while building key project management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating service engagements and installations with customers
- Tracking the full lifecycle of professional services bookings
- Supporting project delivery across multiple concurrent engagements
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution
- Managing consultant scheduling, learning paths, and utilisation tracking
- Overseeing invoices, purchase orders, and project-related financial tracking
- Ensuring project management processes and governance standards are maintained
- Providing regular updates to senior management
You will have:
- At least two-years experience in a customer facing position
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- Experience coordinating or scheduling services (desirable)
- Flexibility to work across time zones and occasionally outside standard hours as required

The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK and the ability to travel nationwide as required for the role.
Due to the nature of our work on critical systems, occasional out-of-hours availability may be required during project delivery phases.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
