Registry Services has a permanent opportunity for a full-time Timetabling Support Officer to join the Timetabling team. You will play a key role in the annual production of the University of Chester's central teaching timetable and online module selection process. As part of the Timetabling team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues in Registry and across the wider university, helping to plan and develop processes to improve student satisfaction.
You will need a logical approach to problem solving and the ability to work under pressure to immovable deadlines with a flexible approach to work. You will also be required to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff at all levels and have an excellent level of customer service in order to respond to student and staff queries on a daily basis. Computer literacy and practical experience of a range of computerised systems is required; experience of timetabling and timetabling software is desirable (but not essential).
