Stacks of Tyres is looking for a creative and confident Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to help grow our online presence.
We are a busy and growing tyre, wheel alignment and automotive centre based in Longton. There is always something happening in the workshop, and we're looking for someone who can turn that into engaging social media content.
The role will include:
- Filming content in our workshop
- Creating and editing TikToks, Instagram Reels and Facebook videos
- Spotting interesting jobs and turning them into engaging content
- Planning a weekly/monthly content strategy
- Taking photographs and behind-the-scenes content
- Writing captions and publishing posts
- Managing Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Creating content around tyres, wheel alignment, vehicle repairs, mobile tyre fitting and customer experiences
- Helping promote offers and new services
- Monitoring performance and identifying what content works
- Working with our team to generate new content ideas
Who we're looking for:
You don't necessarily need years of marketing experience or a marketing degree. We're more interested in creativity, confidence and proof that you can make good content.
You'll ideally:
- Understand TikTok, Instagram Reels and current social trends
- Be confident filming people and approaching staff for content
- Know how to edit short-form video
- Have a good eye for what makes people stop scrolling
- Be comfortable working in a busy automotive environment
- Be reliable and able to work independently
- Have good written English
- Be proactive rather than waiting to be told what to film
Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar software would be beneficial.
Hours: Approximately 12–16 hours per week initially
Location: Stacks of Tyres Ltd, Malt Lane, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 1RR
Pay: £15–£18 per hour depending on experience
