Working team leader responsible for a small group of operatives, supporting the delivery of basic site tasks such as excavation, drainage, concreting and general groundworks. While entry-level supervisory, the role still requires good understanding of site safety, method statements and task coordination.
Qualifications & Cards Required:
- CSCS Gold Supervisory card (or H&S approval enrolment onto the supervisory NVQ)
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
- Manual handling training
- Competency in reading basic RAMS and following method statements
- CITB Health, Safety & Environment Supervisor Test
