Looking for an experienced Mould Treatment Specialist who can also carry out associated decorating works.
Duties include:
- Assessing areas affected by mould and damp staining
- Safe mould treatment and cleaning
- Surface preparation
- Removing loose/damaged finishes where required
- Applying appropriate stain-blocking/anti-mould coatings
- Making good minor affected areas
- Painting and decorating following treatment
- Providing before/after photographs and job write-ups
Must have genuine previous mould-remediation/treatment experience, understand safe working procedures and use appropriate PPE. Please don’t apply if your experience is simply painting over mould.
Pay: £200.00-£250.00 per day
