About Us
At Future Chapter Care, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, loved, valued, and truly accepted. Our home provides therapeutic, relationship-based care for children who may have experienced trauma, loss, and adversity.
We are committed to creating a nurturing home environment where children can heal, build trust, enjoy positive childhood experiences, and develop confidence in themselves and their future.
We are looking for caring, emotionally resilient, and compassionate Residential Childcare Workers who want to make a genuine difference in children’s lives through connection, consistency, and unconditional positive regard.
The Role
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play an important role in helping children feel safe, supported, and cared for every day. You will build meaningful relationships with children, helping them to experience stability, emotional warmth, and a true sense of belonging within the home.
This role is about much more than supervision, it is about being a trusted, nurturing adult who can provide reassurance, guidance, encouragement, and care during both the everyday moments and the more challenging times.
You will support children to develop independence, regulate emotions, engage in education and hobbies, celebrate achievements, and enjoy positive experiences that create lasting memories.
