Overview
We are recruiting female carers - preferably Romanian, Polish or English‑speaking - to support a teenage male client in EN3 (Enfield). In this vital role, you'll provide compassionate care and practical assistance to the client within his own home. Whether assisting with daily activities or supporting care plans, your positive attitude will be essential in delivering exceptional care every day.
Duties
- Personal care support, and mobility to ensure comfort and dignity.
- Access to the community
- Working alongside another carer (Double‑Handed)
- 3 days per week, 2 hours per day
- Follow personalised care plans accurately to meet each client’s specific needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with the family, and the wider care team for good support.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and ensure all complies with standards.
- Support clients safe travel to day centre or appointments or outings as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience working in providing home care support is desirable.
- Recording care activities, and managing documentation efficiently.
- Knowledge of care plans and ability to follow instructions.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills essential for building trusting relationships.
