Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, good organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Responsibilities
- Serve drinks to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor stock levels
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of shifts
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or peak times as needed
