Mon Motors are seeking a motivated, organised and experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Team at Bath Volkswagen & Audi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of vehicles who thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment and offers the opportunity to work across two sites.
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our workshop receives the correct vehicle parts quickly and accurately, while maintaining high standards of administration and stock control
In this role you will be:
- Working within our busy parts department, sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for retail customers and workshop vehicles
- Selling a range of genuine accessories
- looking up and ordering parts from our electronic parts system
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Receiving parts into stock
- Data and document handling
- Keep up to date on latest product knowledge
- Keep up to date with all processing and administration
In order to be successful for this position you will:
- Be IT literate and have experience of working in an environment using system and processes
- Previous VAG experience would be an advantage
- Be a team player used to building effective working relationships.
- Be organised and have a good attention to detail
- Have previous experience within a similar role
- Have good communication skills

Pay: £31,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
