Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Handle guest enquiries and resolution of issues
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service
Experience:
- At least one years' prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Knowledge and interest of wine, preferably with WSET Level 2
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within the kitchen and wine bar setting
