Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being. This role requires a professional with strong technical skills, excellent patient communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dental services. The position offers an opportunity to work in a modern clinic equipped with advanced technology, including CAD systems and medical imaging tools.
Remuneration: Highly competitive rate of £13.50 per UDA.
Mentorship & Professional Development
We are deeply invested in supporting the career development of any incoming dentist. You will be joining a highly skilled team led by three principal dentists, all of whom are qualified with a Master's in Implantology, with one principal currently completing an additional Master's in Endodontics.

- Oral Surgery & Endodontics: Guidance on clinical techniques and treatment plan acceptance.
- Implantology: Comprehensive training covering single implants and full-arch implantology.
- Advanced Restorative Care: Mentorship in adhesive dentistry and full-mouth comprehensive dentistry.
- Specialist Support: We also host a visiting Oral Surgeon who is equally happy to offer one-on-one mentorship to our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and medical imaging.
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and implants with precision and care.
- Utilise CAD technology for designing restorations and prosthetics to ensure optimal fit and function.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dentist within a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in general dentistry procedures.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dental practice.
- Experience with CAD software for designing dental restorations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques such as X-rays and 3D imaging to assist diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to reassure and educate patients effectively.
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) or relevant regulatory body is essential.
