BK Utilities Ltd is a growing multi-utility and civil engineering contractor delivering high-quality water, telecoms and civils projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and the award of new contracts, we are looking to recruit experienced Water Operative Gangs to join our expanding team.
Water Operative Gangs (2-Person Teams)
We are looking for experienced two-person gangs with previous experience carrying out water network works.
Responsibilities
- Water Repair & Maintenance (R&M)
- Boundary Box installations and renewals
- Excavation and reinstatement works
- Safe excavation around underground services
- Deliver high-quality work in accordance with client specifications
- Complete daily paperwork and site records
Essential Experience
- Previous experience within the water industry.
- Experience carrying out:
- Boundary Box works
- Water R&M
- Civils
- Reinstatement
- Good working knowledge of:
- HSG47
- SROH
- HAUC
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Required Qualifications
- Full NRSWA (Operative) - Only 1 per team
Each Op requires the below
- EUSR National Water Hygiene
- SHEA Water
- First Aid at Work - Classroom Based
- Asbestos awareness - Classroom Based
- Abrasive Wheels - Classroom Based
- Manual Handling - Classroom Based
- EUSR Cat 1 & 2
- DBS Check
