Are you an Administrator ready for a new and challenging opportunity? Join our Asset Management team in delivering effective governance, administration and document control across our engineering and asset management functions!
In this varied and rewarding role, you will support the coordination of key asset management activities, including renewals, engineering change and document control. Working across multiple teams, you'll help ensure critical engineering records, systems and processes remain organised, compliant and up to date, supporting the safe and efficient operation of the network.
This is a 6-month secondment with our Asset Management Team, where you will be tasked with maintaining and updating a multitude of engineering registers and records.
Key accountabilities will include:
Ensure activities are carried out in line with company procedures, industry standards and regulatory requirements
Provide administrative support for asset replacement programmes, equipment upgrades, and management of ageing and outdated assets
Support Temporary Speed Restriction (TSR) tracking and governance
Support with basic CMMS administration activities and carry out data updates where required
Maintain accurate engineering and asset management records in line with business requirements
Assist with renewals, proof checking and, document validation
What you’ll bring:
Experience in an administrative or business support role is essential
Knowledge and experience of managing documentation and records within a controlled environment.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word is essential
Experience using Adobe applications is preferred
Proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders across operational or technical teams.
Experience working within governance or compliance-based environments desirable.
Working knowledge of using CMMS or document management systems desirable.
Rail, engineering or infrastructure experience desirable.
Understanding of formal governance and document control processes desirable.

Salary of £28,000 depending on experience
6-month Fixed Term Contract, working full time 37.5 hrs per week
