Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our vibrant friendly salon team. In this role, you will lead by example, delivering exceptional hair styling services and fostering a welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in various cutting, colouring and styling techniques, will elevate our salon’s reputation. As a senior team member, you will also manage client consultations, sell services and products, and contribute to the overall success of the salon through excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair cutting, colouring, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Support junior stylists by sharing techniques, offering guidance, and fostering their professional development
- Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining a smooth workflow
- Deliver personalised customer service that builds lasting relationships and ensures client satisfaction
- Sell retail products and additional services to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining integrity
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, and organized workstations in compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Proven track record as a professional hair stylist with experience in cutting, colouring, and styling techniques
- Previous experience within a salon environment is required
- Skilled in barbering techniques is preferred but not essential with the ability to perform precise cuts for all hair types
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to foster a collaborative environment

Pay: £12.71-£16.00 per hour
