Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient and resident care across assisted living, nursing homes, hospice, and home care environments.
- Oversee medication administration, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate case management activities to develop personalized care plans that meet individual needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care.
- Support staff development through supervision, training, and performance evaluations to promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards by monitoring clinical procedures, maintaining accurate records, and implementing quality assurance measures.
- Experience in telemedicine and digital healthcare
- Foster a compassionate environment for patients of all ages, including toddlers and individuals with diverse medical needs.
Requirements
- Experience as a Gp
- Demonstrated team management and supervising experience within healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging, laboratory procedures, and medication administration.
- Experience working with children, including toddler care and individuals with disabilities.
- Familiarity with home care services and case management processes to coordinate comprehensive patient support.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.

Pay: £38,133.58-£60,000.00 per year
