We are looking for...
You may be a health care assistant who wants to spend more time with your clients, you could be a medical student who wants to improve your bedside manner or even a good neighbour who has enjoyed helping a loved one or friend to live well.
You will be someone who takes pleasure in seeing others smile. We want someone who treats colleagues, clients and professionals with respect, listens to their needs, tries to understand their emotions, and is warm and honest.
Experience isn’t necessary as we provide full training, but it is great if you do have some. Our offices are based in Plymouth, but we work across Devon, Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Day to Day, you will likely be involved in:
- Supporting people with their daily routines
- Personal Care
- Preparing meals
- Tidying and cleaning around the house
- Helping people with their hobbies
- Popping to the shops, or accompanying people on outings or appointments
- Chatting to people about their lives, wishes and thoughts
- Making sure people are comfortable, happy and safe
- Helping with medicines
This opportunity requires that you live locally, be a driver with a car and you must already be based in the UK. We are not currently offering sponsorship.
