Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Front of House team member to join us on weekends starting in September. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed and valued
- Take orders accurately, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit
- Assist with food and beverage presentation, including basic food preparation when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area to uphold our high standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all health standards are met
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation skills are advantageous
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory
- Strong time management skills to handle busy weekend shifts efficiently
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math for handling transactions accurately
