Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Customer Service representative to join our team in GB. Based at our headquarters, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our valued customers, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence in the water cooler industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and delivery schedules.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to water coolers and fountains.
- Coordinate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common customer concerns.
- Uphold company values by delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of water cooler systems or similar appliances is a plus.
- Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further training in customer service is advantageous.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm
Rest break: 20 minutes unpaid per day
Holidays: 20 days paid per year plus bank holidays. Unpaid leave is fine
Sick pay: Statutory minimum
Fluent English required
Right to work full time essential.
No students.
Some heavy manual work moving boxes included. Candidates must be physically fit.
Pay: £32,000.00-£32,200.00 per year
