At Norfolk Natural Living, we are on a mission to bring our beautifully crafted natural products to more people through thoughtful, effective online storytelling and trading. We are looking for a motivated eCommerce Associate to support our online presence, help optimise our Shopify store, and contribute to customer engagement and digital growth.
In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day running and improvement of our eCommerce channels, helping to curate compelling content, assist with marketing campaigns, maintain product information, and ensure our Shopify store performs smoothly. You will also work closely with our E Commerce consultant, the Creative Director and Marketing teams to help bring new products to market while using data insights to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
This opportunity would suit a recent graduate with relevant placement, internship, or work experience, or someone already working in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail, merchandising, or a related field who is looking to grow.
If you have hands-on experience or a strong working knowledge of Shopify, digital marketing tools such as Klaviyo and Google Analytics, SEO, and a curiosity for AI-driven strategies, we would love to hear from you. Join us and be part of a brand that values care, respect, and ambition in everything we do!
If you don’t meet every requirement but believe you have skills or experience that would make you a great fit, we’d still love to hear from you!
