Scheduling Administrator (Temp – 3 Months)
Medway | £14.35 – £16.40 per hour
We’re currently recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced property services organisation based in Medway on a 3-month temporary assignment. There is potential for this role to be made permanent for the right person.
This role will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day coordination of field-based teams, ensuring works are allocated efficiently and service levels are maintained across multiple client contracts.
Key responsibilities:

Scheduling and coordinating engineers’ diaries

Allocating reactive and planned maintenance work

Monitoring job progress and updating internal systems

Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams

Managing inboxes, calls and service updates
-
Ensuring SLAs and response times are met

Requirements
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in scheduling, coordination or administration

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders

Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Good IT skills (Excel / internal systems)
