Job summary
Klap Van Service is looking for a reliable, hardworking and professional Cleaner to join our growing team.
The role will involve cleaning homes, offices and other customer premises. You may also support end-of-tenancy cleans, post-removal cleans and general cleaning before or after moving jobs.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail and provides a friendly, respectful service to every customer.
Main responsibilities
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture and fittings
- Clean windows, mirrors and glass where required
- Empty bins and dispose of waste correctly
- Carry out end-of-tenancy and post-removal cleaning
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely
- Report any damage or maintenance concerns
- Keep cleaning materials organised and in good condition
- Follow customer instructions and company procedures
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail
- Polite and professional with customers
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to carry out cleaning duties
- Flexible with working hours, including some weekends
- Able to travel to Greenford or agreed work locations
- Right to work in the UK
- Basic spoken English for customer communication and safety instructions
