About the Role
We are looking for a Career Development Consultant to support conversations with professionals who have expressed interest in leadership, personal growth and career development pathways.
This is a remote, independent professional role. It is not a salaried employee position. Earnings are performance-linked and will vary depending on individual contribution, consistency and results.
You will work within an established structure, use digital resources, follow clear processes and manage professional conversations with individuals exploring development-led opportunities.
This role may suit someone from a background in recruitment, HR, coaching, leadership, learning and development, sales, consulting, business development, operations, education, training or client-facing professional services.
What You’ll Do
Speak with professionals who have requested further information about leadership and development pathways.
Hold structured conversations to understand goals, motivation, experience and readiness for change.
Share information clearly using established digital resources and online systems.
Follow up with interested individuals in a professional and organised way.
Support candidates through an initial information and decision-making process.
Manage your own workflow, activity and outcomes remotely.
Attend online training and professional development sessions.
Work within a global professional network focused on leadership, growth and personal development.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in a professional, client-facing, people-focused or commercially aware role.
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with experienced professionals.
A background in one or more of the following areas would be relevant: recruitment, HR, leadership, coaching, learning and development, consulting, sales, business development, education, training, operations or professional services.
Interest in career development, leadership, personal growth and flexible ways of working.
Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools, video calls and online systems.
Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own schedule.
Professional, accountable and comfortable working in a performance-linked environment.
Open to ongoing learning, structured processes and personal development.
