What you'll do
- Craft top-quality smoothies and coffees with precision and care
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with energy and enthusiasm
- Work as part of a high-energy, tight-knit team
- Maintain top-tier hygiene and quality standards
- Keep the bar running smoothly, from prep to clean-up
- Be an ambassador for Elevate, sharing our passion for health & wellness
What we're looking for
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail (barista experience is a plus)
- A fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude
- A people-person who thrives in a dynamic, customer-first environment
- Someone who takes pride in their work and has strong attention to detail
- A deep passion for health, wellness, and functional nutrition is a plus
