About the Role
Freddie's Flowers started with one man, a knackered old milk float, and a mission to get beautiful flowers into people's homes without the markup or the wilt. We're a bit bigger now, but the energy hasn't changed — and we're looking for an experienced, driven Face-to-Face Sales Representative to bring that same energy to our field sales team, based out of Bristol.
This is a full-time role with a base salary, built for someone who wants the stability of guaranteed pay alongside serious, uncapped earning potential. There's no formal management involved, but you'll naturally be looked to as the experienced voice on the ground — the person newer team members learn from.
You'll travel across the the South West Region representing Freddie's at premium brand collaborations and events — think partnerships with names like Jo Malone and Joe & the Juice, alongside major festivals, markets and lifestyle events throughout the year. Weekends are when this role really comes alive: our biggest events, highest footfall and best earning opportunities happen Friday through Sunday, so weekend availability is a core part of the job, not an occasional ask.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing Freddie's at events, pop-ups and premium locations across the UK
- Working a five-day week, Wednesday to Sunday, built around where the biggest opportunities are each week
- Travelling to events around the country, including overnight stays when needed
- Driving our branded vans to and from locations
- Starting conversations, converting interest into customers, and hitting clear, achievable sales targets
- Bringing energy and consistency that the wider field team can look to and learn from
- Working closely alongside colleagues, sharing what works and helping the team improve together
What We're Looking For
- A full, clean UK driving licence, held for at least 2 years, and comfortable driving a van
- Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not essential — we're just as interested in transferable skills from other people-facing or target-driven roles
- Someone genuinely energised by talking to people, day after day, in different places
- Confidence, resilience and a strong, positive presence — the kind of person others naturally follow
- A strong work ethic and real motivation to earn well
- Confidence riding an e-bike
- Full availability for a 45-hour week across five days, with weekends as standard
- Comfortable with occational overnight travel as part of the role

Pay & Benefits
- £30,000 base salary
- On-target earnings of £35,000–£50,000, with uncapped commission

Training & Support
You'll get proper sales training from day one, one-to-one coaching, and ongoing support to sharpen your technique and confidence in the field. Targets are ambitious but grounded in what our current team actually achieves — no smoke and mirrors. You'll usually be working alongside another team member — collaboration is central to how this team operates, and as one of the more experienced people in the field, you'll be a big part of setting that standard.
