Don Padrino is looking for an experienced and motivated Grill Chef to join our busy kitchen team in Dundee.
We are a fast-paced restaurant known for our steaks, seafood, fresh ingredients, and high standards of service. We’re looking for someone who is confident working on a grill section and can maintain consistency during busy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running the grill section during service
- Cooking steaks and grilled dishes to specification
- Preparing and maintaining mise en place
- Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a kitchen team
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Grill Chef or Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of steak temperatures and meat cookery
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
