Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and seating areas.
- Serve customers promptly, taking orders with enthusiasm and ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
- Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure all products are prepared and stored correctly.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential!
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a hygienic environment for both staff and customers.
- Experience in serving or working in customer-facing roles to deliver exceptional service.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Capable of standing, walking, and moving around comfortably for extended periods.
