We are seeking a dedicated and professional Wellness & Spa Therapist to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and skincare services, ensuring clients experience relaxation and rejuvenation in a welcoming environment. Duties
- Provide a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, and specialised skincare therapies.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable treatments based on their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout treatment areas.
- Offer personalised advice on skincare routines and product recommendations.
- Ensure excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client queries professionally.
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences.
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times during treatments.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for specific treatments.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness to client needs.
- Skills in makeup application are desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
