DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER £36,000 to £40,000 ; NW1 London Private practice
We are a small friendly practice located in NW1 London.
Currently, we are looking for a practice manager who is self-motivated and can inspire and motivate others.
Ideal position for an experienced dental nurse who is seeking to advance to a Practice Manager role.
SALARY is £36,000 to £40,000; depending on experience.
Work days Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm

JOB OVERVIEW - DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER WITH RECEPTIONIST AND NURSING DUTIES
- Will be in charge of day to day running of a small well established
general dental practice.
- Working closely with Principal dentist, Dental nurse and part-time Hygienist.
REQUIREMENTS
- GDC registered dental nurse and willing to nurse when required.
- Essential: Fully Competent in CQC regulations and can manage the
compliance for the practice, ensuring the whole team adhere to the
guidelines set out by the CQC. Training can be given.
-We are looking for people who are constantly looking to develop and improve, to share knowledge, and to always put patients first.
-To have proven management experience within a dental practice
- Willingness to learn.
-Equally as experienced, competent and comfortable on front desk as working along side our dentist and hygienists
PRACTICE MANAGER DUTIES
- Develop the business from the current customer base as well by attracting
new customers.
- Personnel Management, includes training and development for new and
existing staff.
- CQC Compliance
RECEPTIONIST DUTIES
- Provide great customer service on the reception desk and on the phone.
NURSING DUTIES
- Nursing with the dentist/hygienist occasionally to cover for absences or during complex treatments
- Help with Cross Infection Control when required
