We're instructed on an Intellectual Property Associate opportunity with a leading international law firm in London.
You'll advise a diverse client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, including brand protection, trade marks, copyright, design rights, licensing, commercialisation and IP-related disputes. The role offers exposure to complex domestic and cross-border matters across a range of sectors, working closely with highly regarded partners and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ PQE gained at a leading UK, international or specialist Intellectual Property practice.
- Experience advising on a broad range of contentious and/or non-contentious intellectual property matters.
- Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
