Classico Marble Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team as a Trainee Estimator. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in a specialist and rewarding industry.
Established over 31 years, Classico are bespoke stone fabricators working in Granite, Marble and Quartz — supplying the highest professional standards to the trade. We have an engaged, full-time workforce and a genuine commitment to developing our people.
About the Role
Working alongside our Technical Estimator, you will be introduced to all aspects of the estimating process — starting with the more straightforward day-to-day tasks and building your knowledge and confidence over time. Full training will be provided from day one.
As you develop, this role has a clear progression path — with the ambition for you to eventually manage a select number of client relationships and conduct client visits independently.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation of accurate quotations from technical drawings and customer enquiries.
- Contacting customers to follow up on quotations and ensure satisfaction.
- Processing orders and supporting the wider sales process.
- Handling straightforward customer enquiries and directing more complex queries to the Technical Estimator.
- Liaising with production and installation teams to support smooth job coordination.
- Assisting clients with material selections in the showroom and by phone.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the team with administrative tasks.

- Strong numeracy skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
