Purpose:
The Business Administrator will have a good grasp of the activities of the company in support of the EPAO Manager and will be required to perform a number of tasks to enable the smooth running of the business. They must have good organisational skills and be able to work at a consistently high standard, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work on their own initiative.
Key responsibilities:
Ensuring all End Point Assessments (EPAs) scheduled are organised and delivered to the highest quality standards with the correct assessors, materials and facilities available. This will include:
· Allocation of independent End-Point Assessors in accordance with Academy4PM Conflict of Interest Policy
· Creation of End-Point Assessment schedule
· Liaising with End-Point Assessment Participants as appropriate to book places on EPAs and to ensure the process runs smoothly
· Advising training providers of End-point Assessment results and sending record of achievement certificates as appropriate
· Completion of the ESFA certificate process for End-Point Assessments
· Completion of End-Point Assessment records for internal analysis and to support EQA regulations
· Completion of administration tasks associated with EPAO business development.
· Issuing invoices to make sure they are raised in a timely manner, obtaining purchase orders, where appropriate
· Supporting the review of processes associated with the EPAO side of the business
· Accurate reporting to EPAO Manager
· Completion of general office administration tasks including answering phone calls from clients and assessors
· Supporting Apprenticeship Business Administrator with apprenticeship tasks where necessary
Other:
· Fully participating in the development of the business
· Other reasonable duties as directed by line manager
Essential skills:
· DBS check.
· Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
· Microsoft Office.
· Good communications skills with internal staff and external clients.
· Attention to detail
Desirable skills:
· Experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
