Location: Worthing - No Hybrid
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
Hunters client an established property business is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operational management of a varied commercial property portfolio.
- Managing service charge budgets, expenditure, reconciliations and arrears/debt recovery.
- Ensuring all properties meet relevant statutory, compliance and health & safety requirements.
- Conducting routine property inspections and following up on maintenance requirements.
- Managing contractor selection, procurement, performance and service delivery.
- Reviewing lease terms and identifying landlord and tenant responsibilities relating to repairs and maintenance.
Facilities Manager - Commercial Property - About You The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within commercial facilities or property management, together with:
- Proven experience managing service charge budgets and financial information.
- A solid understanding of commercial building maintenance and facilities operations.
- Good knowledge of landlord and tenant obligations, with the ability to interpret lease clauses.
- An understanding of statutory compliance, health & safety and relevant property legislation.
- Experience managing contractors and external suppliers
Commercial Property - The Package
- £45,000-£55,000 salary, depending on experience.
