About the role
We're a growing business in the signage and print industry, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our production team. This is a practical, busy warehouse role — no two days are the same, and you'll be part of getting real products out the door and into customers' hands.
No previous experience is necessary. If you're willing to learn, turn up on time, and take pride in doing a job properly, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
What you'll be doing
- Operating flatbed cutting machines to cut vinyl and signage materials
- Applying vinyl to boards, panels and other surfaces
- Weeding, trimming and finishing printed work to a high standard
- Quality-checking finished items before they go out
- Packing orders carefully and getting them ready for dispatch
- Keeping the workshop clean, tidy and well-organised

- Reliable and punctual — you show up and get stuck in
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Happy working with your hands in a busy warehouse environment
- Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a small team
- Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day
