We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for various events mainly Weddings.
As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. This role requires individuals who excel in hospitality and possess strong personable skills to effectively support event execution. Duties
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and well-organised.
- Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming attendees, answering queries, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the event management team to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Monitor guest flow and assist with crowd control as needed during events.
- Provide an efficient and friendly bar service to all attended guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the event and organisation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- UK Driving License
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50 per hour
