Gas Engineers / Heating Engineers in Cheshire
Julian Bland Limited is a family-run heating and plumbing business that has been established for approximately 50 years and is now in its third generation.
Due to continued demand and our service engineers currently being booked around 3 weeks in advance, we’re looking to add 3 experienced engineers to our team:
x2 Service & Breakdown Engineers x1 Heating Installer
We currently have a team of 4 engineers and carry out a wide range of work across Cheshire, including:
- Domestic and commercial heating & plumbing
- Natural gas, LPG and oil
- Boiler installation, servicing and breakdowns
- Air source heat pumps
- Air conditioning
- Underfloor heating
- Servicing and repair of heating appliances and systems
What we’re looking for
- Must be Gas Safe registered
- Experience in either service & breakdown or installation of domestic gas boilers
- Ideally have served a traditional apprenticeship
- Oil servicing/installation experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good fault-finding ability for service applicants
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service – this sits alongside safety and quality as one of our highest priorities
Boiler-specific training can be provided at Worcester Bosch Head Office where required.

There may also be the opportunity for higher-rate weekend work during the winter months on a rota basis. This is optional and is not a requirement of the role.
