Smiths Property Experts is an independent estate agency run by its owners and our experienced and very capable team of professionals. Established in January 2023 and operating from offices in Loughborough, Quorn and East Leake, we have, during this time, agreed on over 500 sales and let more than 180 properties.
Our Lettings division is continually expanding, and we are looking for a methodical and proactive Property Manager to join our busy team.
The role requires the organisation and management of a portfolio of residential properties to ensure they are fully compliant with current legislation whilst delivering a high standard of service and professionalism to both Landlords and Tenants.
Responsibilities will include arranging renewals of all legal compliance checks, carrying out routine inspections and reporting to Landlord clients, coordinating maintenance repairs, overseeing rent reviews, and managing any property-related queries.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to deal with a range of people and situations, ensuring a positive experience for all. Previous property management experience is preferred, with an understanding of property construction, law and regulations advantageous.
This is an office and field-based role, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
The role will initially be 3 full days a week, with the scope to extend hours further in the future, as and when the portfolio grows.
