## Job Summary
We are seeking a IT Warehouse RMA Technician to join our team managing and processing the return of IT equipment to our facility in Bury St Edmunds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling return shipments, processing the IT equipment on the bench (running diagnostics) and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in to the warehouse.
## Duties
- Managing returns of goods into the warehouse
- Completion and checking of returns delivery paperwork
- Perform lifting tasks to move and store materials
- Utilise systems for warehouse management for inventory tracking
- Build and pack orders according to specifications
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Sanitise data bearing hardware using data erasure software.
- Testing of IT Peripherals
- Testing, diagnosing and troubleshooting common IT Equipment faults.
- Grading of IT equipment using the company grading system.
- Data entry within company database systems – including recording of product specification, stock quantities and updating stock locations
- Sorting and dismantling of beyond economical repair equipment (WEEE)
## Requirements
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment is prefered
- Strong basic knowledge of IT - Windows etc..
- Strong organisational skills to manage materials efficiently
- Knowledge of picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes is advantageou
- Communication – Ability to communicate effectively with other individuals regarding departmental issues and to report them where discovered.
- Good Organisational Skills and Time Management – Ability to manage workload effectively.
- Good Knowledge of information security and data privacy principles.
- Flexibility – Willing to help other departments throughout the business where necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
