About the Role
Silpo Sports UK is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain activities from procurement through delivery. The successful candidate will focus on efficiency, supplier performance, inventory management, and reliable product availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage supply chain strategies and processes.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance.
- Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, and replenishment requirements.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
- Analyze costs and implement efficiency improvements.
- Track key supply chain performance indicators.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and warehouse teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with supply chain management systems and Excel.
