We are currently looking for a polished and proactive Treatment Care Coordinator (TCO) to support our clinical team and provide an exceptional patient experience — from first enquiry to completed smile.
About the Role
This is a part-time position, with flexibility to grow into a full-time role as the practice expands. The role is ideal for someone who is confident, organised, and thrives in a patient-facing, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering calls and responding to patient enquiries in a warm, professional manner
- Greeting and supporting patients throughout their visit to ensure a 5-star experience
- Presenting treatment options clearly and confidently
- Assisting patients with finance applications and understanding their treatment plans
- Following up on leads and consultations to convert enquiries into bookings
- Coordinating patient care between clinicians and reception/admin teams
- Writing and responding to patient communications (email and WhatsApp)
- Working toward monthly conversion targets (commission available)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
- Excellent English — both written and spoken
- Smart, professional appearance and warm, approachable manner
- A team player who works collaboratively and supports the whole clinic
- Confident discussing high-value treatments and finance options
- Well-organised, proactive, and motivated by patient care and practice success
