This is a varied, customer-facing role where you’ll answer questions, solve everyday issues and help customers understand their options. You’ll receive full training, base pay plus bonus incentives and ongoing support, with immediate starts available.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome customers and respond to general enquiries
- Listen carefully to understand each person’s needs
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Explain available options in a clear and helpful way
- Support customers with registrations, updates and requests
- Resolve straightforward issues efficiently
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate colleague
- Keep customer details and interaction records accurate
- Follow up on outstanding enquiries when required
- Work with the wider team to maintain excellent service standards
