Duties
- Coordinate daily household activities, including meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and maintenance tasks
- Cooking: various cuisines.
- Oversee scheduling of appointments, family events, and household repairs or services
- Communicate effectively with family members to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain an organized living space by implementing efficient storage solutions and cleaning routines
- Supervise household staff or service providers when applicable, ensuring tasks are completed to standard
- Use computer literacy skills to manage household records, schedules, and correspondence via Microsoft Word, Outlook, or other relevant software
Qualifications
- Educated college or School / university
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic IT tools for record keeping and scheduling
- Knowledge of hospitality standards to create a welcoming environment for guests and visitors
- Demonstrated leadership qualities when supervising household staff or coordinating services
- Customer service mindset with a friendly and positive attitude towards family members and visitors
