The Hatfield House one of Belfast's best known and most popular institutions is seeking bar and floor staff for immediate starts.
Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Support other staff members during busy periods
Skills
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to interact clearly and warmly with customers and team members.
- Customer Service Focus – Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Multitasking Under Pressure – Able to handle high volumes of orders and activity quickly and efficiently.

Experience
- Previous Hospitality or Customer Service Role – Even café, retail, or volunteer experience shows transferable people skills.
- Cash Handling or POS Experience – Useful for managing transactions quickly and accurately.
- Teamwork in Fast-Paced Settings – Any background showing you can work efficiently under pressure with others.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
