We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Wellbeing Co-ordinator at our vibrant and friendly care home, Magnolia House, near Hull. Located in the village of Cottingham, with excellent transport links (including a bus stop right outside), Magnolia
House is a 94-bed residential care home with a dedicated dementia care unit.
At Park Lane Healthcare, we provide residential and dementia services to the elderly. Each of our care homes is an extended family. We bring together residents, their loved ones, and our colleagues to create a warm and inclusive environment. Our residents feel a sense of security, love and belonging, while retaining their dignity and self-respect. We believe entering a care home offers the possibility for “making new memories,” and our staff are an essential part of that.
With an already strong and close-knit team, we are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced individual to join the Wellbeing Team within the home.
Successful candidates ideally will preferably have experience in the care sector, with lots of ideas and a passion for resident fulfillment.
As a group, we believe in investing in our staff, and so in addition to staff motivational events and days out, including in our private hospitality suite at Leeds Arena, we also provide reimbursement for any staff who choose to apply for a Blue Light Card, with additional staff incentives available.
